Refund Policy

At Studio Curio, we strive to create a positive and fair experience for all families. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your child’s spot in any program, class, or camp.

• Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the program start time.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start time.

 

Transfers & Credits

• Instead of a refund, families may request a class credit (subject to availability).

• Credits must be used within 6 months of issue.

 

Missed Days

• No refunds will be given for missed days due to illness or other no-shows.

• If Studio Curio cancels a program, families will receive a full refund.

• Exceptions may be considered for serious illness or emergencies at the discretion of Studio Curio.
